The wood was cut this summer according to our measurements and quality specifications. The Wood was delivered\u00a0by truck. The white beech is now carefully stacked and pre-dried in our covered outer storey.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>At the earliest next year, we will\u00a0cut the white beech into pits, then store it in our drying room to the desired residual moisture.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Again a few months later, the original Planks will become plane soles, Rabbet Planes, Marking Gauges, Measuring Tools of the quality brand E.C.E. &#8211; We think: the tree would be a bit proud of\u00a0this second life.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every autumn we are back in time: we buy the white beech for our tools.
